Hello, I’m Sumbul Sharma, a Certified International Yoga & Wellness Coach, dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with balance, strength, and inner calm.

My approach to yoga goes beyond physical postures. I focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and simple, practical wellness practices that support the body, calm the mind, and nurture overall well-being. Whether you’re seeking improved flexibility, stress relief, better sleep, or a more grounded lifestyle, my sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Alongside yoga, I am an active marathon and cyclothon runner, which deeply influences my teaching. This endurance-based experience allows me to bring a strong understanding of body awareness, stamina, recovery, and sustainable movement into my yoga practice—bridging mindfulness with functional strength.

I believe yoga is not about perfection; it’s about presence. Through consistent practice and conscious living, I guide you toward a healthier, more balanced way of life that feels natural and sustainable.

At Aurya.fit, my intention is to create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, tune in, and build a deeper connection with yourself—both on and off the mat.
